@Jeska – can you be more specific? Are you using hyperlinks? Buttons?
What exact version of InDesign?* What version of Acrobat Pro?
* InDesign CS6 v8.0.0 and v8.0.1 had some issues with hyperlinks. Fixed in v8.0.2.

Hi, I am using InDesign CS6 v8.0.1 and am trying to create a hyperlink from the document to a webpage. The version of Adobe is XI v 11.0.3. If you say the version that I am using has issues with hyperlinks, do you think I will be able to find a way round it?
So when I enter the following hyperlink using the interactive > New Hyperlink functions
And paste it into the document, when it is exported to pdf it actually comes out as:
The link still works and takes me to the correct page, but unfortunately google analytics is not picking it up.

@Jeska – as I already wrote, you have to be on version 8.0.2, not 8.0.1.

When creating hyperlinks, a few special characters such as '?', '=' in the hyperlinks are converted to invalid characters making the hyperlink fail in the PDF export.
