A few things to try.
Try saving your export settings as a preset to use during the batch
Also, instead of using the generic FW export options, you can choose
'Custom' from the drop down to set the settings. This was an older file
but, it gets you to the right screen.
the result is a little different. it appears to work correctly for the first image but when i tell it to convert more than one image in a batch it will "loose" the matte setting for subsequent images. ie. it converts the first image ok but the others all have the white halo
