    Does anyone know how to create footers when using pdf generator when converting html to pdf?

      This seems like it should be a simple task and the free applications such as htmltopdf all do it as an option, but i cannot find an option anywhere on the livecycle server ES4 to enable this. Any help would be really appreciated.
