I've just signed up and subscribed for Adobe CC.
However, I'm failing to be able to download Bridge and Photoshop on my new Mac. I believe this is because my broadband speed is too slow at somewhere between 1 and 2 MB/sec.
I get prompts that the download has failed and that I need to reinstall. What do I do? Do I try and unistall them or just keep trying to click on the 'Update' button?
Any other tips?
Welcome to Adobe Forum,
The download speed depends on the internet speed, it will not be possible download with a slow connection.
If you are in a managed network(behind proxy) then the firewall needs to be disabled.
Do contact the internet space provider for this.
