Welcome to Adobe Forum,
If the CC App are being shown as "installed" in the CC desktop app & it can not be found anywhere , it means the uninstallation of that app from the computer is incomplete.
To get back the "install" option in CC desktop App, you need to click on the preference box before uninstalling in control panel. This will completely remove the product.
You might still see some icon of the app in program, they will not launch the program, so you can delete them.
Hope it helps you.
But that's the problem I'm having, none of those apps that I have are in my control panel uninstall program folders...
And I would like to take the stuff off my Creative Cloud so that I can reload them again, and I don't know how to do that because its not giving me that option to get rid of them off my Creative Cloud.
Do you know what I can do to fix that, or anybody can tell me what to do too take these apps, the Creative Cloud so I can redo them over.
You will need to delete the OPM.db file that contains CC's list of installed apps. For some reason, this is not automatically updated when you start CC. As a result, it includes programs that have been uninstalled. For details, see http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html.
