I have cancelled within a month the creatieve cloud, because my office will arrange the abonnement for me. They confirmed several times that i had cancelled the account and they will not charge my credit card. Well they did charge my credit card and didn't correct it intill now.
We are a month further now and i still don't have my money back!!!
Please correct it soon!!

You had purchased CC on February 25th 2014, which was canceled on February 27th 2014, we did try to refund the money but the money could not be transferred. We tried to refund on February 27th, 28th, March 2nd too.It might be due to some technical glitch too.
The ticket raised for your refund is 0212489386. It will be resolved soon.
I had contact with my credit card, but they didn't see an correction. I will contact Adobe service and see what they can do for me.
