I have a WIN 7 laptop mrunning IE 11 but I can"t seem to be able to download the Flashplayer 12

This problem arises whenever I try to download the latest version of Flash Player.  It happened on version and now it is happening on version 77

That works almost every time.

When I go to the link to download the flash player, the download doesn"t start up.  It goes to the help link but won" allow me to pull the download to my laptop.

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Right click - "Save target as"

Then install it.
