I paid for month to month subscription for InDesign and had paid my March subscription (to be renewed again on April 04th). I cancelled the subscription on March 12th with the understanding that I would still have access for the rest of the month I had paid for. It seems to have cancelled it immediately. Why do I not get the access for the rest of the month I had paid for?

Call and ask for a supervisor. The forum can definitely NOT handle subscriptions.
