I only have two computers. One is a laptop with Win8.0 and the other one is my problem child. It did have Win-7/64-Pro on it. I got the Upgrade to Win8.1/64-Pro. I didn't realize that when the installer said it would save my files, it was only saving data files and no program information what-so-ever. The Adobe license agent doesn't know that my Win-7 install is history and so will only let me run one install. I can't run the cleaner (I don't think) because that install (Win-7) is gone. I really do only have two computers, I'm hoping to find a way to be able to work on tghem both.
If this is a creative-cloud install, then all you need to do is sign in to CC and take the choice to deactivate the other two installs. Then go back to your other live computer and sign into CC there, too, and both installs will be activated as they should be. At least that is how it worked a couple months ago when I needed to do it.
If you are not on CC, yet, then you’ll want to chat with someone at Adobe Support via the chat button on the bottom of most help pages. They can deactivate your previous install on the current computer, somehow.
