    Creative Cloud Trial Message received in error


      I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium in June 2013. Last month, I had to uninstall and reinstall the programs due to errors during updates (per forum). Now, every time I access any of the programs I get a message telling me to sign into creative cloud and asking if I want to continue my trial or purchase the program?????? I'm not on a trial - I did purchase. When I reinstalled I did reenter my serial numbers. What's up and how do I fix?
