I am on Mountain Lion 10.8.5, and after updating the app last month it hasn't worked since. I get a login screen, and after login the app is blank, but I can still click the settings and quit, but that is all I can do. I have tried uninstalling, downloading the latest version and reinstalling and that doesn't work. I've tried solution 2 from this http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html and that doesn't work. All of my apps seem to be working alright, but since I am paying for the cloud I would like it to work and let me update my apps and sync my files... any help would be appreciated.
Now i talked with the Adobe Tech Support. And now it is working.
I renamed / deleted the OOBE Folder.
Mac OS: /user/[username]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Hope it will helped also on mac.
