Thanks for posting your question, but we will need more details to help you.
What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?
What are you doing with Premiere Elements when you get the "some audio files are missing"
a. Have you opened a saved/closed project and have gotten the message "Where is the file....?" and colorful Media Offline displays?
b. You open a new project and the program will not let you import audio from a hard drive save location when you try to do that
will Get Media/Files and Folders or Add Media/Files and Folders?
c. Something else?
What type of audio files are involved? Can you see them at their hard drive save location?
Let us start here. I will look for your answer in the morning, and then we can decide what next.
Please give as much detail as possible about your issue.
I am using Elements 12, Windows 8.
I am in a project I go to the lower right select audio, select wedding, select clip. It downloads clip then stops that is when I get missing file
Thanks for the helpful information.
When you go to Premiere Elements 12 Audio Tab/Music Score/Weddings which of the 5 choices did you make?
For that matter, do you have 5 choices in the Wedding category?
If you do, can you download and use any of the other 4?
I will road test this once I know which of the Music Score/Weddings is involved.
More in the morning.
Got it to take audio files.
Wonderful news that you were able to get your Music Score files. Great job.
Did you use any particular means to get them to work for you other than to
keep after the download?
Thanks for the follow up.
