When trying to download and install InDesign CC, the dialogue window Creative Cloud gets locked when opened. The program Creative Cloud does not seem to function properly even when I try to open it from Windows. I have tried to uninstall and re-install, without success.
I get nowhere with my installation of InDesign. No error messages either. I am logged in to adobe, and I have payed for InDesign CC.
First, from the Creative Cloud desktop menu, choose Quit. Then relaunch it again.
If that doesn't work, uninstall Creative Cloud desktop, then reinstall it again.
