Yes, as of early this morning here in US, the upload to YouTube from within Premiere Elements was working successfully for at least Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1, 10, 11, and 12. No more Online Services error message that was associated with the problem.

Moving forward, if a user has any  problems with the upload to YouTube from within Premiere Elements (other error message or the Online Services message again), please report the problem in your own new thread with the details of the problem.

That's great news! Isn't it nice when somebody actually fixes something they've broken?

Well it's not working on PE10 for me, I'm in NZ but I cannot see that should make any difference at all. This is extremely disappointing, being able to post directly to Yoputube with the most helpful clip settings is a core functionality for PE.
