Otherwise, if you have a non-Cloud program that is not activated by your Cloud subscription login, you are out of luck if you do not have your serial number
If you have registered your serial number on Adobe.com, login there ( Adobe.com ), click on My Products and Services and you will be able to see the serial number of acrobat 11.
Once you get the serial number you can use it on your new machine.

You do not have any serial number registered with us for retail or in volume licensing section.
In case it is a purchase of the Adobe product then you can contact Adobe Support & check for the options(if applicable).
In case the Acrobat was provided was OEM (factory installed) then the serial number can not be provided by Adobe, you can check for the serial number inside of the DVD cover if you were provided any.
