    Fee to cancel CC?

      The agent who was previously dealing with my problem seems to have disappeared and no one has taken her place. You can see the discussion here http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1422544?tstart=0


      Since Adobe has been unable to charge me, and unable to help me resolve the issue I am now leaning towards cancelling my subscription. It'll expire in 4 days anyways. I seem to remember when I signed up that if you cancel before the contract is up that you have to pay 1/2 of the remaining. Is this still true? If so, what steps do I have to take to have this waived. I am only cancelling because Adobe can no longer fulfill their end of the contract and seems to provide no alternate method for me to pay them despite the error in their system.
