    Multiple pages open on context sensitive help request

      Hi,

       

      I am using Robohelp 10.

      Help Content is deployed to Robohelp Server .

       

      When tried to browse for a context sensitive help page, Two pages are opened.

      1. A Blank page (With a link )

      2. Context sensitive help page

       

      URL used to hit the server is

       

      http://robosrv:8080/robohelp/server?prj=BPRWHPro&area=KHU&ctxid=1

       

      Please suggest if the URL has to carry any additional Query parameters or any configurations in the Robohelp tool before generating and deploying to Robohelp server.

       

      Need help with the following.

       

      1. Suppressing the blank page

      2, Change the width and height of the context sensitive help page.

          I am having the same issue.  Looking forward to possible solutions.  Adobe support previously told me to check the following but we couldn't find any issue.  I posted what they asked me below:

          "There could be following possibilities:

          1. )    “whcsh_xml.js” file in the published output folder  on RHS9, doesn’t contain CSH Info.
          2. )    Could you please check your Map file in RH11 upgraded Project for CSH Map IDs?
