We always work directly on the server. But since we switched to the Cloud we have troubles with the recovery files when the pc ocassionally disconnects from the server. It happens once in a week, but it's really frustrating since all you work is lost.
I do get the error notice: that the file is still open by someone else.
I can only open the file by making an extra copy.
Anyone an idea how we can fix it?
