    An Empty Drive That is Past the Limit


      My cloud storage quota is wildly inaccurate. If I add data, the percentage of data used will increase, but if I remove from the storage the amount relfected does not decrease. I tried emptying out my storage completely on the cloud and locally, I've tried turning off and restarting the sync process, etc. Nothing works. If I go to my archvie it shows it as blank even if I purposefully put something there. I've tried connecting using three different browsers, but that has made no difference either.

      At this point I am 100% full with an actual amount used of about 16GB, so syncing has stopped.
