    Creative Cloud Download problems

      Creative Cloud,

       

      1. Would not allow me to get the offered adobe updates.

      2. Would not allow me to download apps

      3. I tried to un-install Creative Cloud so I could re-install it to solve my problems.  It would not completely un-install.

      4.  When I try to re-install I get several error messages recent ones include:  Error code: 0 and Error Code: 86

       

      A.  Operates with Windows 7 Service pack 2

      B. I tried disabeling Windows firewall to se if that was causing a problem and it was not.

      C. I have rebooted the computer several times.

       

      Please help WMDALT
