In your first screenshot your looking in your user Library
In the second screenshot you looking at the presets in the actual photoshop application folder
In the Open dialog click on Applications and then Adobe Photoshop CC>Presets
Since your presets are already in the photoshop presets folder, you be able to load them from the Brush list in photoshop instead having to use Open (Load or Replace).
Thanks, that's exactly what happened. I thought since I added some new brushes that I had to go and load them into my brushes pallette. I didn't realize they went in automatically. Thanks again!
I seem to be having the same issue. I have followed the above recommendation but when I try load brushes from Adobe CC 2014, my brushes folder in Presets is empty... When I check the same folder in the finder, they are all there. Please help ;-)
