            Let us get to the specifics of your issue so that we can customize a response for you to work with.

             

            What computer operating system are you using for your Premiere Elements 12?

             

            By own music, do you mean iTunes music files. If so, have you tried to import them into one

            of your Premiere Elements 12 projects with its Add Media/Files and Folders? If you have and they

            would not import, then you need to convert them in iTunes (to .mp3 or .wav). Have you been there

            and done that before?

             

            Basically you are going to set iTunes preferences with Import Using: MP3 Encoder or WAV Encoder.

            After you do that, then you are going to find your music file in iTunes, right click it, and select either

            Create MP3 Version or Create WAV Version depending on how you set up the preference.

             

            If your music question goes deeper than the above, please supply details to define your situation.
