    Purchased AE after trial ran out - Still saying 'trial ran out'?




      My trial for After Effects CC recently ran out so I purchased a 'month-by-month' plan for the software. I have re-installed the Creative Cloud app and After Effects CC but when I open the software the message stating that my trial is now over still displays - therefore not letting me use the program.


      Should I have received a serial number with my purchase or have I done something wrong?


      Any help would be very much appreciated.


      I am running on Mac OS X 10.9.2
