I had same problem with MUSE this morning (14/28/03), mysteriously disappeared too:
Muse weren't availble, but the download said, I do have it.
I did deinstall it, and I did download MUSE again.
So everthing seems fine, till i reopened it for the first time:
It was told me, I don't have no have any licencens anymore, because I already have been activating it.
By the way its working till now, but i do not want to activate a new membership because of this programme
I'm a little bit insecure about this what has happening this morning …

Could you please provide more information? Did Premier Pro disappeared from the Creative Cloud Application or just from your start bar? Can you find it on your hard drive?
Cannot find it from my hard drive and have used the cleanser tool, but
still it appears on my creative cloud and cannot download it again!
