    Fillable Form "submit" button

I have created a fillable form in Adobe and have added a "submit" button. The form will be used by our clients to submit the form to us via email. When the client hits submit, an email is opened with my email address and the message in the body of the email is

Form Returned: General Certificate Submitted by Email.pdf

The attached file is the filled-out form. Please open it to review the data.

Is there a way that we can edit the message in the body?

Without seeing your form I can only guess that this text is coming from the javascript that was written for your submit button. To change it you must modify your javascript. For help with javascript I suggest you respost your question to the Acrobat forum.
