Only Adobe can tell the meaning of the error codes.
Are you downloading the update or running it from Adobe's site.
Try downloading from here. http://www.adobe.com/support/robohelp/downloads.html
Otherwise this is an installation problem that is supported free. Contact Adobe.

I spent some time working with Adobe support this morning. We weren't able to figure out exactly what was causing the problem, but we ultimately fixed it by uninstalling and re-installing RoboHelp 10. After that the 10.0.1 installer worked on the first try.
I'm also met the problem,that's so sad!
