My trials for my adobe products recently ran out and I then got a Creative Cloud subscription. I had some problems with my subscription where I kept being asked to license my products. Eventually I solved this but I had to unistall and reinstall all my programs (I'm running on Mac OS). All of my programs worked fine after that except for Edge Animate, which happens to be the one I need the most. When I run Edge, the program comes up as a white screen:
When I go to create a new project, this is what I get:
The stage is completely white and has no borders, I can't adjust any of the settings, import any assets or even open existing projects. Everytime I try to do anything, the only thing that happens is this error message comes up:
"An error has occured. Please save your work and restart Edge animate"
I've tried everything I cold think of and a couple things I've found online and nothing seems to work. I've unistalled and reinstalled, including getting rid of the preferences. I've made adjustments to the hosts file and I'm not behind a firewall. I'm beyond frustrated and I'm not sure what to do at this point. Help would be greatly appreciated.
