Incidentally, and sorry if this also comes under bleeding obvious, but to restrict Google to where you want it to look, use the following syntax

If you have ever registered your CS5, you can log onto your Adobe account and check your serial number against the one you will find in 'My orders'.
But it might come down to phoning customer support, but make that your very last resort

Thank you for your reply. I found a Downloaded Programs subdirectory within the WINDOWS folder that indicated a bad (corrupted) file. I deleted the directory then ran the RAW installer and the update was successful. I then restored the deleted directory from the recycle bin because I was not sure of its purpose..there were other files in it..... anyways, the RAW was updated...it still does not read APTUS II camera files, but it was successfully installed.
