Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by right clicking the following link and selecting "Save target as".
Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
Then, do a "clean install": http://forums.adobe.com/message/4041846

That indicates a permission problem; see http://forums.adobe.com/thread/987370

I went to the forum on adobe permissions and downloaded and installed the program. I did not see any zip files that needed to be put in folders. The instructions made no sence

Is there any other work around for this problem. I do not know how to get in to the permission pages. I went to the adobe forums thread and did what they said downloaded there program. I could not find any zip files that needed to be placed in a folder as the instructions suggested. Does adobe have a toll free phone support to help me with this??
