When I open the desktop CC app it comes up blank, and I can't download from the website either, tried all suggestions and had someone try to fix it, nothing worked, what do I do?
Suffering from same problem. I can download from Adobe, and was able to uninstall and reinstall Cloud Desktop - but still doesn't work. Running Windows 7 64bit
