After finally finding Encore and installing it, I now cannot open it. First it asked me for a Serial Number. I then uninstalled and re-installed and now when I try to sign in, it tells me that I can't use it with my Adobe ID since the ID is already in use on two other computers. (it is in use on two computers, one of them being the one I installed Encore on). I am signed into the Creative Cloud application manager and can use other programs I installed (incl. Premiere CS6 and After Effects). I tried signing out of the Creative Cloud Application manager, restarting the computer. I can't really think of anything else to do and haven't found any other threads on this either.
Anyone any idea how to solve this?
1st, I know. But this seems to be a problem with signing in through Creative Cloud primarily, that's why I posted it here.
2nd, I did read this and have a) solved the Serial number problem as in it's not asking that anymore (I just included it as history to this problem) b) the anser marked as correct with this is "activate Premiere Pro" which is running. Creative Cloud just wont let me use Encore.
