On the Pearson website, when you log in the Adobe section, you should see this screen. You should be able to review your testing history here (circled):

With my CC recertifications I had also a bunch of technical problems with VUE, but I wrote an email to the trainings partner helpdesk email@example.com and so I could recertify me in several CC applications.
Thanks, Steve but that doesn't get me anywhere. The PearsonVue web site does not list all the exams that are in my history on the Adobe site. The Adobe site has always been updated and correct and never required me to update it manually. They have my correct Adobe ID but must not be communicating to pick up previous results. Wasn't it Prometric that did the testing prior to Pearson?
Pearson is doing an incredibly lousy job on my behalf.

I had to get on the phone with them to straighten it out but I don't recall
it being a big deal, but that was a year or so ago.
Thanks, Bob. Now if we could just get Pearson to put up a phone number, we could get somewhere. That was one of the real struggles regarding this: no one to contact except the dead end email.
Fortunately, I did hear back from Willi's tip. The Training Partner desk at Adobe was very helpful and it looks like I'll be testing this weekend!
