How to get RGB values to represent colour on uncoated paper

      Hi,

I need to find RGB values to represent printing colours on uncoated paper. I've tried kuler, but when I input for example CMYK 0/100/100/0, the resulting RGB is definitely too bright. How can I start tackling this? By the way, I don't have a colour calibrated screen at my disposal.

      Many thanks!
