I'm an Adobe Creative Cloud subscriber (and have been for a while), so why am I getting irritating requests to read new terms of agreement prompts for free Adobe Cloud tryouts every time I open software I've until now had no problem with?
Irritated customer (and journalist)
Welcome to Adobe Forum,
You can try this:
Please rename OOBE Folder from the following location
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
After renaming the OOBE folder please restart the machine and then launch the application once again.
( To view the hidden AppData folder, see Show hidden files, folders, filename extensions | Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.
To access the hidden user Library folder, see Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 Lion.)
In case this does not resolve the issue, do contact the Adobe Support via http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6.
