Hello all,

I have generated a merged webhelp project as per the instructions at:

http://www.wvanweelden.eu/blog/2013/02/28/adobe-robohelp-creating-merged-webhelp

The output help file is quite large. I can run it without issues on my PC. However, when I copy it to a server, it does load, the TOC pane appears empty until I click around a few times in the help. Is there any way to fix this?

Thanks!

First off, make sure that the optimization in your layout is set to web

site.

Now for some more info: Which version of RoboHelp are you using?

Last, make sure to look at

http://www.grainge.org/pages/authoring/merging_webhelp/merged_help.htm,

the bible for merged help.

Kind regards,

Willam

Also make sure all the projects are set to the same language. Universal

English (US) and International are not the same, the latter being

UK English.

Hi again,

I am using Robohelp 10.

I will check the optimization and the language for all the helpsets in the project. I'll report back once this gets tested again on the server.

Thanks!
