If you are getting the message that the Adobe ID already exist then please choose a different Adobe ID or create a new Adobe ID.
I too would like to change my adobe id. I don't want to create a new account because my billing is already tied to the first one. Can this be done?
Under the Adobe ID provided in forum, you have photography CC registered under it which was purchased in November 2013.
The Adobe ID cannot be changed for CC as Gurleen has correctly mentioned. It is not advisable to purchase any other subscription under this ID as subscriptions are Adobe ID based & support only two activations.
Please let me know the reason you would like to change ID.
That ID i use now is an email address which will not be used anymore soon. I wanted to change it so that I could continue using Adobe CC.
My new ID would be one which I was told is already registered with Adobe so I'm not able to use that. Apparently I have three email addresses already registered with Adobe. Don't know how that happened but that's what I was told when I tried to use them as ID's. I don't want to create another email address just to change an ID. Why would I want to buy another subscription when I already paid for one? It seems way simpler to me to be able to just change the ID like a million other services enables one to do. Thank you for any help.
