Please outline the actions taken in the user interface to sign and save the file.
The pdf is a simple template where the user clicks on a sign box to sign a specific document area... after this acrobat asks for signature + pin/password and to the last it attempts to save the file.... it should save the file to the original location (where we open the file) but noooo it attempts to save the file to the previouly location used by acrobat
I Have found the aswer.
Has i suspected it was a bug, i was being miss lead by a work collegue that reported that she run the updates and it didn't fix anything, but today she reported other wise.
I have run the Adobe Acrobat 11.0.06 upgrade and all is fine
