New Computer | Registration | Creative Cloud installation

      Hi everyone,

I will buy a new computer soon and I was wondering how I can get my CC Programs on the new computer? Do I have to register again? Do I have to delete the CC on my old computer? And if so, how do I do that?

I couln´t find an exact explanation how to do all that on the adobe website..

      Thanks in advance!

      Best,

      Fries

          Hi Frenchfries,

          Welcome to Adobe Forum,

Your have activated it only once, you can just log in to www.creative.adobe.com & install from there.

To deactivate : laiunch any CC product, click on help, choose sign out/deactivate

From the Creative Cloud FAQ at http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud/faq.html under the Getting startedsection:

Can I use the software I download from Creative Cloud on multiple computers?

Yes, you can use Creative Cloud desktop applications on two computers at once, regardless of operating system, for the individual associated with the Creative Cloud membership. See the product license agreementspage for more information.

You can follow the steps of installing of the CC  by following http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html

In case you are unable to deactivate it from previous machine, while activating it from this machine it will give a prompt to deactivate it . Please click on that . It will deactivate from other previous machines.

Now you can activate it on this machine as well as one  more machine.

While re activating on a machine which has the CC previously installed, you have to launch any product, click on "license this software" tab in the prompt, sign in .
