I believe that is a very outdated version and that may be the problem. However, I will leave it to others to confirm that.

Wish that were the case. Latest version of Robohelp, and the latest version of Robosource (3.1). I am guessing that Adobe is no longer supporting Robosource, since they haven't updated it since TCS 3.5.
The problem didn't occur on previous version of Robohelp.
I am hoping that someone has a solution, before I have to start shopping for a new source control.
I am already a bit miffed that they excluded Photoshop from TCS 5.
