Did all that.
The prompt says everything is finnished and okej.
But when I still can't log in.
Please follow this step by step procedure:
- Navigate to C:Users/Username/AppData/Local/Adobe
- Delete opm file under OOBE.
- Rename OOBE to OOBEold.
- Check if you have AAMupdater in the same location.
- Please rename it to AAMupdaterold.
- Click on gear icon on Creative Cloud desktop app and choose Quit Creative Cloud.
- Then launch it, sign-in and click on Apps tab.
Thank you so much!
Me too. I sign in, and it just takes me back to the "You've signed out" screen.
If I try to open Photoshop, it prompts me to sign in but doesn't accept my ID either.
I know I'm paid up, and I know the password is right or I wouldn't have been able to sign in to this forum.
I tried everything in the forums (deleting opm.db and running IMSLibReplacer.exe).
Same result. Tells me "You've been Signed Out". I try to sign in again and again and again.
I was wondering why Adobe Support said I could call 24 hours a day "PST."
All I get is a recording telling me to call back during business hours and then it hangs up. Probably they're having server problems.
I have this same issue and none of these solutions work for me!
I'm having the issue of trying to open Creative Cloud and getting a totally blank screen. No way to log in at all.
Then, when I open an Adobe application, I get a screen saying I need to sign in. I click the sign-in button and the request takes so long that it times out.
I tried to go in to rename the OOBE file, but it doesn't even exist on my computer. When I go to user>username>etc. etc. rather than the "OOBE" file, there is an "AIR" file (with no opm file to rename....)
I've restarted my computer (Mac), I've uninstalled and reinstalled CC and NOTHING works. Thoughts?
