11.2 was the last Flash Player version that was compatible with Android. That was nearly two years ago. Most websites require 11.7 or higher, and usually 12. There isn't anything that new for Android and there won't ever be again. That was an Android decision. Adobe kept up security updates till September 2013, but ended it there.
Andoid (Google) is trying to "nudge" people away from using mobile devices to view Flash content. It kills batteries and drastically shortens the life of them and they don't want to eat the cost of replacing batteries in devices still under warranty or an extended service plan.
