We are signed up to the maximum plan for formscentral and have created a form and generated the PDF with a submit button. Users are using Adobe XI Reader on our network and when they download the file and complete the fields, when they click submit (so the data gets sent to formscentral) is coming up with an unknown failure error and not submitting.
Has anyone had this experience and any suggestions on resolving this?
Interestingly I have opened the form in Adobe XI Pro and it submits fine. Is there an issue with submitting using Adobe Reader XI?
Email sent. Will I get a solution to this as it's quite important because no one can submit via PDF? or will I have to wait for a response?
