I am paying full price for my Creative Cloud. For whatever reason, it says I have a 2 gig limit. I am supposed to have a 20 gig limit. I contacted support and they said they'd get back to me in 2 business days. It's 30 minutes from the secound business day. And, when I looked up my ticket, it said the case was withdrawn. No reason was given.
We are investigating and will get the issue resolved.
Your storage amount has been fixed and should now be 20 GB.
