    'Signing In' Screen Perpetual

When attempting to sign in to get plus features, the signing screen churns and never signs me in.

What version of Premiere Elements are you using and on what computer operating system is it running?

I am guessing that you are using Premiere Elements 8, 9.0/9.0.1, or 10. If so, there is no more photoshop.com, photoshop.com plus. And, you no longer have access to photoshop.com plus members only content.

And, there is no more Signing In or Out of those versions. If you see messages requesting this or photoshop.com related matters, cancel out and move forward with importing your camera's source media, editing, exporting.

Any questions or further clarifiication needed, please do not hesitate to ask.

          Thanks.

Just in case note...If you are using Premiere Elements 10 on a computer that uses a NVIDIA Ge Force video card, please read the Announcement at the top of this forum. It tells the details of display problems specific for the Premiere Elements 10 NVIDIA GeForce user. The user to user remedy is video card driver roll back (often to around May 2013). There is no Adobe nor NVIDIA fix to date.

Please let us know if you have questions or need clarification on any of this.

              Thanks.
