Hello Adobe Community, i'm sure someone have the same problem as me, but I can't find their forum anywhere so i'm just going to post my issue.
Whenever i'm at the website http://www.adobe.com/products/creativecloud.edu.html and I click on the $19.99 per month subscribtion for Creative Cloud, it takes me to https://creative.adobe.com/join/edu Which is a blank screen that never shows anything. I've been trying to figure out what's going on and my conclusion was maybe it has to do with a missing software that I didn't download for my newly built computer?
Anyway, appreciate the help!
Could you log into My Adobe (www.adobe.com) with your Adobe ID/password and complete your address details under My Information then try signing up.

Hi Gray, sorry for the late reply. I did what you said, but it still show me a blank screen when I try to join for Adobe Creative Cloud US $19/mo as a student.
