    I am not receiving notification emails...

      I haven't changed or logged into FormsCentral and all of a sudden, I am no longer receiving email notifications. This form is linked to PayPal. Do I have to complete the PayPal payment process in order to receive an email notification or will a notification be issued as soon as I click "proceed to checkout?" Please help. Thank you.

          Hi;

           

          If the form is filled out and Submitted, but the Payment process is abandoned (not cancelled or completed, simply nothing done or page closed) there will not be a notification sent.

           

          You should probably sign in to see if you have recieved responses that you have not had notification for, and check the settings on the Notifications tab to ensure it is still set up as you expect.  If you have responses with Payment Complete or Cancelled that you have not recieved notification for let me know.
