Myredrobot what update specifically are you trying to install? I would recommend reviewing the installation log files for the update to determine the cause of the failure. You are welcome to post any specific errors you discover to this discussion.
I'm not sure, it just wants to do the update. I get the error when I try to open indesign not when doing the update.
I will read threw that link tonight. I have added some screen shots of the error and the updates.
