Is anyone able to help me with this before my nether regions melt away? Adobe reps? Any advice. It's really awful and tend to happen when I open a browser for some reason.
A couple questions:
Are you syncing files when this is occuring?
Does the behavior persist if you turn file sync off?
What version of the Creative Cloud app are you using?
I had deleted the contents of the cloud folder on my desktop, but the files remained in the cloud. It was shortly after this that it started happening. My cloud folder was maxed out, but since removing the files from the creative cloud also, the issue seems to have been resolved.

1. No, files should only have been on the cloud, although the CC app was active
2. If I remember correctly I quit the CC app, and it carried on. Although I can't recall properly...
