Yes, but they work differently than in Illustrator and Photoshop. You can toggle between Normal mode, Preview mode, Presentation mode and a couple others. You can find them by clicking on the bottommost button on the Tools:
Pressing W (when you're not in text) toggles between Normal and Preview view, by default.
Preview is like a Print Preview.
That'd be tab key. It switches to some sort of fullscreen and back, but not three modes like AI.
Tab just removes the toolbars and tools.
The method of switching between Standard, Full Screen and Full Screen with Menus you're familiar with in Photoshop and Illustrator doesn't exist in InDesign.
The methods I outlined above ARE the screen modes in InDesign.
