    Adobe CC not working




      On startup of desktop application for Adobe cloud, it show a blank screen and does not allow entering in details for login.


      i have uninstalled/reinstalled with no success. I have also used the adobe cleaner tool, again with no success.


      Can you please advise how I fix this as I am paying for a service I cannot use.
